How much amount of money can I have in hands, bank and savings?

In hand you can as much as you wish,I guess on bank you can have as much as you wish,but when ammount of money become more then 1b you will not get interests anymore,savings you use if you wont play for long time then you can deposit money there so it wont get removed.Also you can deposit in savings as much as you wish

So, this guy (viewtopic.php?f=56&t=149620) have -2B in bank cuz he deposit so much money in bank, that's why I asked.

If bank can only hold 2.2B, then in hands/savings is unlimited?
