Not allowed to login due to "VPN" things....

Hi,

I have no clue where to make this post, so i'm going to drop it here and hope i get help

I joined this server about 5-6 weeks or so ago, When i try to log in (On my new internet) it kicks me for "Using a VPN/Proxy is not allow!" and saying Ask woot for an exception.

I am here asking how i can resolve this

I have fully reset my HDD this morning due to the fact i had a virus from a 3d Modeling service i downloaded, I have only downloaded 3 things since, Chrome, Gta sa, and samp.

So i don't think it is a VPN
