Try to delete .im-rp and re-run the launcher.
To do so close the launcher, type %appdata% in search, open it, the .im-rp folder will be at the beggining of the list, delete it. After doing so, launch the launcher again. Post feedback.
Also, maybe your version of gta_sa.exe isn't working, you need the 1.0 version, so try replacing it too.
