I get this problem when the launcher starts my game then i tab the game before loading and ehen i re-open it gives me the same error i rekog and it's fixed.

It's probably taking too long between you clicking "Log in" on launcher and the game starting. Check your task manager and stop processes draining your disk or CPU.

This usually happens when you logged into the launcher and you take too long to press "PLAY". Make sure it's done quick. Does it happen every time? I do think it's fixed by now.

yeah it's take long time to connecting and then it's say failed verify token 5 time

Did you try to delete .im-rp folder at appdata?

Also, uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable, and then re-launch imrp, and wait until launcher auto installs Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable

Make sure to click "connect" right after you click log in. Do NOT log in and the wait. Also, if you have a virus or any other kind of software that's using your hard drive, it might cause this. As this error only happens when your computer takes too long to launch GTA after you click Log in.
