Oh, well spotted. Basicly since they can't leave SF, they can't defend their turfs. Then again, IC, the war is in San Fierro and they are busy with the war, which means that most likely they are also too busy to defend the turfs xP

k3lroy give permission to other factions to take Paterno's turf during the war. Normally it's not allowed (as in every other war..) but this time it is.
