2- Download the Mod You Want it for your car

3- After Downloading it

C-A menu will pop out choose your downloaded mod and let sami extract it with Sami

D-Follow steps
this thing will be showned after putting the mod inside sami


Then Replace the mod with the vehicle you want to from the showen list

This is a good guide, however highly not recommended. Takes ages to download 5-10 vehicle mods, while other programs such as Spark are able to transfer multiple mods at once, including weapon mods. This is more of a "nooby" program, but Spark isn't very complicated.

As Andre said, Spark is way better, I use Alcis, though.

Yea but it'll just get them problems with crashes etc..
