Laptop good enough for GTA SA but a lot of lag

Year ago I could easily hit 60-70+ FPS and even 100 FPS at medium-crowded places.
Today I can't even hit 50 FPS with a bit of environment around me.
And not even 100 FPS when there's almost literally nothing around me.

I even use 640x480 to reduce lag, but it's as the same as the normal resolution I use 1280x800.

Already tried everything, I don't want download links to modifications which make you lag less.
Already tried that NVIDIA visualizer and disabled that E-stuff.

It's a year old laptop that has been running daily so it probably has a ton of dust in it. You should open it up and clean it.

Yes, clean it and check the CPU/GPU temperatures. Post feedback.

Cleaned dust several times. Already software-wise clean it almost every day, even when I don't have any high rating program on I still lag.

Open Task Manager and tell me your CPU / RAM / Hard Drisk performance while you're SAMP.
Right click on Taskbar and open task manager.

Send it to repair shop and get in "cleaned", it won't cost that much and will save you alot of time (sadly, not the money :( ).

Are you using Windows XP or 2000?
This is 2017. Maybe you should try another computer or upgrade your current PC or clean/ repair it like DRE4M said.
Reduce resolution / graphics in sanp.

Clean it and maybe degrade your OS. I tried it (Win XP), worked fine.
P.S Do clean it, or maybe check your ram or something...

Find the nvidia control panel, you should be able to find it by right-clicking on the desktop. Search there, I'm not on my laptop now so I can't take screenshots for you.

Nope, I don't see. It's because I only have one GPU (I think).

It's impossible for you to have only one GPU. You talked about having a Nvidia one so that's one and your CPU also has integrated graphics. That's probably your problem. If you're playing while not plugged in to the wall, try it while your laptop is connected to electricity and not running on battery. Also check what's your battery mode on, if it's on power saving or balanced, set it to performance.

Just get it to someone to clean it from dust etc..

And, right click on the desktop, and click on nVidia Control Panel like in the pictures below.
