FPS Problem
I would like to know If anyone knows how to fix my fps on samp,in the past I've had so much better fps and have played samp without a problem,but now I started getting 20-40 fps while in Los Santos,out of Los Santos I get maximum 50 fps,this didn't happen in the past.
Please tell me how to increase it If you know.

Have you tried re-installing your GTA?

I will try reinstalling it,and I use a few mods which are the following:
I use blood effects,etc.. which others use,weapon,vehicle sounds,I basically use mods that others on the server use.
The few things I added(mods,hud,etc) didn't really decrease my fps a lot,It was almost the same.

Clean your PC/Laptop from dust, check CPU and GPU temperatures, updated graphic card drivers. Post feedback.

Remove your Effects mod and test ( Blood effect )
If you have road mods / trees / street lamp mods. That can affect too...
Are you sure you're only lagging in LS ? If yes, That's your internet coz lot of mappings in LS and your game takes time to load those mappings in LS.

I re-installed,which made the fps even lower,I don't have any mods added or anything.
Is there a good timecyc for fps or anything else I can do? I have no clue what happend to the game so I start lagging all of a sudden.

Clean your PC (hardware and drives). Click "start" > %appdata% > delete all files > defrag your disk > lower visual setings(Windows, not game) > close programs that are running in background
