This site can’t provide a secure connection

sa-mp.im uses an unsupported protocol.
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite. This is likely to be caused when the server needs RC4, which is no longer considered secure

I guess the problem is caused by your browser then.

Exactly, it works fine on all browsers but Opera. USe a different browser I guess.

That's a bug that only happens on Windows XP and some browsers on XP, you may want to think about upgrading from a 15 year old operating system that isn't supported anymore.
