usually 0% packetloss I know all the tips and tricks to get more FPS trust me ive tried them but this is something with system wise wrong, I can record a video and get the same FPS and same lag drops I think my requirments are fine

no my old one never did this and the max fps I could get on that laptop was like 45 but it didn't shutter like this it was running windows 10 I didn't know if since this has windows 10 could be an issue there.

No, It's not your Operating system, I'm using Windows 10. The problem might be you haven't installed correct (Graphic) Drivers.

I meant, Are you using the same GTA copy you used in your old Laptop / Desktop ? or Did you download a new copy of GTA for your new laptop?

Maybe It's your new copy. Try a different copy of GTA or the previous one you had in your old PC.

I have the latest graphics drivers I had a torrented version on gta I tried multiple torrents and finally got a legit copy and they all have the same problems I read somewhere about using older drivers but I don't know how to pick which one I have intel hd 520 graphics if that helps.. I tried a new timecyc that also didn't help

You almost tried everything now. If all the copies of GTA are lagging, It's your software / drivers

no anti virus anymore, what do I do about the drivers though I have current ones
