Game Freezes when I log in

hi,
I have been trying to login into gta for a while now and I can't. it shows me that I have been kicked for not logging in. I searched a few solutions like restart my router etc. and I tried it but it still don't work

I think the game freezes between 06s - 10s.

If you log in with another Internet connection / WiFi ? It works?
What about others servers, also same? Did you try to log in with launcher / without launcher?

No it dont work on other connections as well

I had the same issue before, I could fix it only by removing any file related to the GTA, SAMP, restarting PC and download again.

I have tried deleting My gta folder in C drive Rockstar games and gta user files folder before but it doesnt help and I dont think there are any more folders of gta other than those two

hmmmmm, are you connected with lan or wireless , also do you play any other online game , if yes do you have any problem with connection there , or high ping ?

I have wi-fi, But I tried on Lan as well and it don't work
no I don't play any other online game, a few samp servers work for me and others don't, like this server

Try these steps
1. Delete gta.set
2. Disable Firewall and see if it works
3. Make sure you've installed the latest version of SA-MP.

By the way, I think It's not a system error, It's your ISP.

I already tried the top 2 of them, it is not helping
When I goto sa-mp.com and the download page and I download sa-mp client from there, there is one more thing which says sa-mp R2 something, is that important?
