on forum or ig? if u mean on forums only members of a usergroup that moderate a certain section can see that e.g cupola members

Because your forum UCP and your public forum profile is not the same thing.

Your forum account is not bugged, people with moderator access can see warnings. Staff members and people within faction cupola usergroups.
