I've recently cleaned the cooler and laptop suddenly started not working, I can't turn on the laptop. Is there any solution?
The cooler looks like this one.

The light flickers for a second and the cooler moves a bit and then it shuts down automatically.

If he didnt take the cooler off or didnt get the cpu out of its socket, then that is almost impossible to happen.

He could connect power cords wrongly. I has simmilar issue where I connected some shit wrong( it was PC tho), fan gave a short buz, beep and stopped, pc wouldn't start. If you have someone who can give you cpu to test it ask them...also make sure everyting is in its place(check it twice).

The caps-lock and num-lock LEDs should be flashing when there is a failure during the boot. You can count how many times (if they flash at all) and then check what component is failing. I would guess it's the RAM, but that would be wierd if you did not touch them.

I cleaned the laptop in general, didn't open the fan as a whole just cleaned the exterior of the cooler. But I guess I didn't install it properly or touched the motherboard while taking out the cooler.

Did you take it out or not. Did you use a vacuum cleaner and if so, was it a plastic or steel head on the vacuum.

You took the cooler OUT and then cleaned it with a VACUUM. Well, I'm sorry to inform you that it's more than likely you killed your computer.
NEVER use an unhandy and 'powerful' tool like a vacuum inside a computer. Use compressed air instead.
You took out the cooler and exposed multiple crucial parts of your computer without knowing what you were doing, not smart.

haha ok bro you need to do that.. Your PC is overheating and shutting itself down, don't turn it on anymore but probably nothing is damaged mate.

Go to your local PC/electronics store and ask for thermal paste. Then watch some videos on youtube on how to properly apply it. (Seriously, do it.)
