Lastname Restriction
Recently I noticed 2 guys using my lastname without me knowing them nor approving their namechange. I wouldn't mind that if they could behave like reasonable human beings, but as long as the 2 are:
*Annie_Bono: changed name from Emma_Vic, tried to asslick me to get invited in GOV
*Dino_Bono: tried to extort materials via /PM in exchange for a report drop and just got banned for it (18.03.2017Dino_Bono Darien OOC Extortion (120 hours) No)
I'd like to ask if there's any ruleset here which would allow me to put restrictions on my lastname, disallowing random guys from using it and consequently asking for their name to be changed.

You can not restrict a surname unless it's the name of your official faction.
