they're simply files which you can replace or add within your gta_sa folder to make your game look different. Any files you replace will have an effect on your game, no matter what server you're on. so yes, it will work on imrp.

be careful when installing as some files might corrupt your gta and you need the right specs to run the mods properly

it is possible ,but make sure to have the right specs to be able to run the mods.I'd recommend to check the game files as it might contain something that's not allowed and detected by launcher.

Since you play on 29-38 fps in unmoded GTA
It will fuck up your gta maybe it won't even work
