    It only happens on Windows XP, I guess the only solution is upgrading to a newer operating system.

    I have this problem on Opera browser. But I use mozilla firefox for sa-mp.im, and it works

    Google Chrome can't access a secure web page:
    1. Control Panel
    2. Internet Options
    3. LAN Settings
    4. Toggle Automatically detect settings
    5. OK
    6. OK
    Repeat steps 2 to 6 one time
    Check to make sure a secure site can be accessed.
