search 'Steam CSGO' in google (or something similar) and then you would have to buy the game (from there it is self explanatory)

I wouldn't risk it to be honest mate, I don't know if they will block you from the game somehow or if it would mess your PC up

Just buy the game, easiest and more efficient way
