You have no sound, which means you have no drivers. You need to update your sound drivers first.

You'll find your answer far easier by googling what motherboard you have and what type of sound drivers you need for it instead of both of us waiting for our replies here.

easy bro, go to start type in search bar "Services" find windows audio if enabled disable it and enable again ..if disable enable it
