So I've the same simple GTA since for ever, I have question how do we get mods? Fonts and sounds and cross hair and also weapon mods, thank you.

oh modloader , txd workshop, about sound mods , u've to replace the folders to ur GTA FOLDER.

These are the most common programs for mods. Also, Alci's IMG Editor & GGMM(for permanent vehicles/weapons installation).
