Maybe it's because you tried to log in with two different IP addresses in 2 different locations ( 2 internet connections ). Example - first, you played at your home, then your workplace.
First, you need to log to your ucp account with your new ip ( sa-mp.im ), then you'll have to verify your account. Go to your email and confirm it. Then log to UCP first (with your new internet IP), then try log in game.
