I haven't installed any new mods before this happend, I do have mods but it worked fine before.

That's generally bad. You're running a laptop that has no active cooler, shut it down for a few hours and move it to some cooler place (the fridge for example ).
That's why laptops are bad and not used for any long term usage, only for a couple of hours of light text work per day. Fixed, downloaded an antivirus and ran a scan, 1-2 trojans were found, not sure if that could've caused it
