Kill list mod

I downloaded a kill list mod and then i asked Eduardo how can i install it he told me to put it in a modloader but it didn't work please help

You place it into your main gta sa directory. If it doesn't allow you to, just restart pc and place it there.

When adding mods,create a folder inside the MODLOADER folder,then place your mod inside it.
