Questions about specs and some .cs files

I have seem to be I/A these past few days and I think DigitalHpAndArmour.cs is not allowed anymore as I can only see the digit of the armour?

Also, there is a PC I am playing on, in CSGO. Questions to those who have an i5 (idk the exact) and a GeForce GT 730 ( idk if this is a good gpu ) and I seem to be having FPS issues, is it just really a bad GPU or I am really having FPS issues? Thanks for the incoming answers!

Your processor is fine, however, what's making you lag would be your graphics card. At top, the GTX 730 has 384 CUDA Cores even on the 2GB one which will perform poorly, especially in games such as CSGO.
