    Thats a samp bug that happens when you TAB in an interior, the only way is to relog to fix it, and i think its completely random, jet try not tabbing inside

    yes just relog and it will be fine.

    Sometimes happen when you're out of bounds as well, or stand on a moving object.
    Basically just another one of those inexplicable SAMP bugs.
