Graffiti appears when i'm ingame

Hello everyone, i just downloaded a new timecyc and after joining the game some graffiti appeared whenever i turned my view towards south. I thought it was a big with the new timecyc that i downloaded, but i tried to remove it and install another one, and the exact same thing happens with that one as well.
If anyone has seen this before or maybe have some idea's to how i would get rid of it, then it would be great
I know that a good idea could be deleting my modloader folder and just install the mods again, but i really want this timecyc, so please help me.

delete the cleo script or whatever comes with it, timecyc is fine
