can someone help me by giving step by step information on how to login it wont seem to launch or anything like that

Did you register your account on sa-mp.im?

If not use this link : https://sa-mp.im/register

And after you did that confirm it on your email, and head over to sa-mp.im:7777 on SAMP launcher and enter your character name and use the password you registered with.

You should try entering your name like that: Dean_Lamonth

Once you Connect to the server it will ask you for the password. Enter the password and it's done.

- You can download IMRP launcher from here (( https://sa-mp.im/server/download ))
- After you download the launcher copy and past in your GTA folder then Double Click and Put your Login details Character name Like (( FirstName_LastName )) and password and click Login then when u login click start to start the Game , Enjoy and have fun playing in IMRP welcome.

can you please screenshot what happens, and post it here?

1. Try deleting the gta_sa.set file in your GTA San Andreas User Files folder.
2. If you got any d3d9.dll in your GTA directory, delete it.
3. Create a new user on Windows, and then run your SA-MP.
if that doesnt work change your samp version to (( sa-mp-0.3.7-install.exe )) Download it from here http://files.sa-mp.com/ .
