I installed a new windows and i need some help.

What kind of programs do i need to play league of legends without fps drops etc, i'm not playing these ' high shit ' games, i only play league of legends and GTA.
I faced some problems like my PC's speed was too slow and pisses me off.
So programs like nividia ph / direct x etc? ( to play properly without errors )

I mean, i need some programs to make my gaming quality better.

if you need any programs besides drivers to make your games run better you need a new pc
nothing by software is magically gonna make a piece of shit pc run games if your hardware is shit, accept the fact, work during the summer if you dont have school and save money

I meant some software like DirectX etc, but you are right my pc isn't good enough to run some few games.

If you don't mind having a shit graphic game plus high fps, you might want to try ragnos' mods (ragnos1997.com).
Just download the software and apply the mods.
