I have a problem with those fast spinning skins like skin id 2 and pd skin 265 it's running slower than normal skins and i have a clear GTA SA file.

Are you using samp addon? if yes then the addon fixes it that all skins are same speed

Yes i am using SAMP addon. Thanks for your help
