Packetloss Problems

Hello, I have an issue where I always have 20+ packetloss, despite having a good ping from my region. I am from Philippines and I get 260-270+ ping, I definitely don't think this is a problem with my internet speed, is there anyone available to help? Much thanks.

What’s your download speed? Has it started recently? server has been getting DDoS’d quite a bit recently which led for lags for some people.

Download speed goes 50+ mbps and mostly 27 mbps from a local internet speed test I took (From Ookla and with closest region possible)
Perhaps is there any region I'd take (European location?) for reference? I'm gonna PM you the results once they're out.
