2 people are sitting on NRG, I approach them from the front, I press enter and steal the bike by jumping on it. I drive away, I get kicked for bug abuse.

That is probably a mistaken kick, or the "2 people" were admins and just decided to kick you and claim it was bug abusing. Cuz no, that is definitely not bug abusing.
