I think I do but not quite sure how do I check

check nvidia settings if they are updated, otherwise just go on nvidia official website and download the latest drivers they will replace the old ones and update themselves
If you have windows 10 the fps on samp stays lower than 100 and higher than 90 so it's normal for your fps to stay around 94/95 , if the game feels smooth then it's okay don't mind the fps . Also I suggest you install samp addon it's a fps free program maybe your game will feel a little bit smoother after you install it but make sure you lock your fps and enable pause thing ( so you won't get banned for avoiding afk script). Meanwhile how many hertz it's your monitor ?diabolik wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2020, 12:39 amI updated drivers, they were outdated indeed, but this hasn't fixed the issue completely.
My FPS stays at around 94/95 but at mapped places I seen it drop to 65/75...
I believe with this specs it should be locked & not moving at 100, but I don't know what to do...
Windows 10 Pro, refresh rate (Hz) says 60 and I can't change it to anything more than that
