Good morning, i'm asking for a help to management team regarding to my launcher which doesn't work when i'm on different place and different wifi. Yesterday i moved back to my hometown since my university got locked down and taking home all of its students.

When i'm using my home wifi, the launcher doesn't work at all. It's just keep logging in like this;
(and sometimes, the launcher deleted itself when i tried to log in multiple times. i dont know why)




Would be a pleasure if someone knows how to fix this, thank you alot!

ctrl + alt + dell in processe tab and try to find imrp.exe close it and try to start it.

Try what this guy said, that shouldn't be wifi issue.

Open Task Menager>Locate already running IMRP launcher>End his task>Run it again

End task Imrp nya dari details task manager, baru mulai lagi.

that error is referring to another background-running launcher process, do as they said above and try launching it, keep updating if possible

Done, i often do that whenever the launcher doesnt work as usual but in this case. it's different, the launcher even deleted itself and the gta_sa.exe also deleted itself since the first day im using my house wifi.

Maybe Firewall deleted IMRP launcher folder as he detected it as a threat to a PC or Laptop.You can set it up as exeception in firewall settings.

Wifi has nothing to do with this. You probably clicked on the launcher icon too many times and it started to block it. To fix it you need to open Task manager-> find gta_sa - >Click on it and then End task.
