As a server owner, there's always something to be done. It's not our problem either that you had changed the server's timezone, VPN usage is forbidden as far as I was told by the server Helpers, you should really change the timezone as soon as possible.woot wrote: ↑April 10th, 2020, 7:09 amIt looks like everyone in Egypt with TEData is having that problem, there is nothing I can do for you. This is the result from M0stafa and it looks like your internet is dropping out already before even reaching Europe. Try using your mobile phone data or use a VPN to a nearby country (Israel, Greece, ..) that should fix your problem.
IM only...
He didn't change the server timezone, he changed the host. The timezone has nothing to do with your lag.Cazanova wrote: ↑April 10th, 2020, 11:32 amAs a server owner, there's always something to be done. Thank you in advance.
Ye I know, I actually tried logging in with VPN this morning and it was okay though, awaiting woot's script-wise approval of using it again.
UFO is free, try it out
That's true, I've been experiencing the same issue, it has been already for almost 2 months, timing out like every 15 minutes, having high packet-loss also, TE-Data. Check my timeout history i timedout over 1000 times this month, and noway to solve out the problem unless i change isp, which is really hard during this period of time.woot wrote: ↑April 10th, 2020, 7:09 amIt looks like everyone in Egypt with TEData is having that problem, there is nothing I can do for you. If you can just allow me to use VPN, i can't go back to deutschland, unless corona is over, ping there average 20-25 maximum.
Mate I work with teleperformance so I understand what's going on with working from home, it's a mess. I had to sleep over for 3 days straight not having a chance to go home to keep the work going, I get it.. I didn't mean that, I meant that whenever I call they just tell me the internet is slow cause people are working from home.. Doesn't make sense at all, if ppl working at home makes the internet slow then it should of been slow all the time cause the same ppl use internet at their work lol.Tadhg wrote: ↑April 11th, 2020, 7:58 pmI work an agent at your company as cable/internet technician on night shifts. It is annoying when you're paying doubled and you call the ISP and address the issue and all you get is Madeha on the other end who wants you to reboot the modem, and then try keep asking you to unplug router, or try your laptop directly in the modem.
If you call us now you are redirected to automated robo operator answer since we're all are working from home now. But don't blame us you're being inundated with stupidity on a constant basis it all starts to bleed together.
While I don't necessarily agree with this too from a personal standpoint, from a business standpoint I can understand why we do it. Some companies are bigger offenders than others of course. This is coming from someone who has worked phones, call centers, et cetera. I understand your frustration dealing with automated systems but I'm here to help you.
Can you please give me your account number? I will see If I can promote you to another faster plan free of change. I can also provide identification over private messages. If it doesn't work out I will forward it to maintenance or equivalent department that deals with issues that ordinary tech might not be able to.
