Go on forum.sa-mp.im and then head to the "San Andreas Special Forces" or the "San Andreas Police Department" sub-board.
Compose your application over there if the enlistment applications are open.
Don't forget to fill it out carefully and put in as much as effort you can.
You can also attend one of their live recruitment sessions which are usually hosted on a weekly basis.
Consult SASF/SAPD for more additional information.
FBI doesn't exist, but you can join SASF / SAPD on some way explained ^^
