its because of the mapping of city hall, it sometimes render like that for some reason happens to alot of players

Scripters can tweak the rendering options for server-sided maps. I guess woot lowered the rendering distance to avoid lag for some players. I don't think there's a fix to it.

It's server-sided mapping not loading up until you get closer. No way to fix it, it's been there for 6 years lol.
