[ANSWERED] GTA SA:MP freezes when alt-tabbing

This was recently fixed twice when I re-installed GTA, it was fine for a couple of hours and when I streamed my screen on discord, this started. Whenever I start the game and/or alt-tabbing to it, it freezes for a couple of seconds with the mouse fixed in the center. It doesn't freeze when alt tabbing if I alt + enter (making the game slightly on windowed mode), also, I recently haven't installed mods on my GTA.

I have tried a couple of options like deleting gta_sa2.set and re-installing the game, but I don't want to do any further and fix this completely. I'd appreciate it if someone here knows a solution and it would be a big help. Thanks.
