IPs unbanned, Accounts deleted

@woot and I decided to try something, just for the sake of it.
We're all aware of the server's current situation, and we all know SAMP is a dying modification.
But that said, we think old as well as new players should get a chance to enjoy Italy Mafia before it's all over.
We haven't set a date for closing Italy Mafia, nor will we set one. It deserves to just live its' life.
Therefore, we decided to unban all previous IP bans, delete banned level 1 accounts older than 3 months and lift all IP bans on the forum.
This might spark some temporary life on the server, and it might bring some people back who were previously banned for god knows what reason.
GPCI bans etcetera are included in the lifted bans.

Few Examples: New helpers, New Admins, New Management, Create a new position / team which those chosen people must be the most creative around, always coming up with new ideas in order to keep server alive and always with new updates .
Maybe think twice about banning someone who genuinely forgot to turn off an illegal mod after coming from another server, Giving a harsh / permanent ban to someone who is well known and brings alot of other people in the server , will harm the playerbase,
Maybe let people sell and buy stuff for irl money, it will make people work more for their stuff = more activity and a bigger purpose for playing ( Although it might affect woot's income directly) Some stuff can't be bought from UCP , Like premium / unique houses, Patriots, Mats and Drugs, Unique Businesses etc , Also revamping the Premium system would also help, For example : New packs and new prices ,
Being able to CK a legal member would also make it more interesting for the illegal's side, Also revamping the turf system would help alot too, For example ; Increase the amount of time to take over a turf to 15 - 30 minutes and not being able to take the specific turf for a week . ( Turfs should be refreshed before it happens (( if it does )) . It will result in a bigger deal to take / loose a turf . Make turfs more rewarding for example : Every /car park it should give $15.000 + F-Points not just $1.500 , Having a turf would mean having a territory = the mafia owning the turf must protect the houses and businesses inside of it too.
Those are just some ideas, they might sound crazy or useless , even impossible, But I believe if there is a will from the current management, There is a way

All accounts that were banned more than 3 months ago have also been unbanned. (8000 accounts unbanned)

SAMP had a huge playerbase throughout the Summer, but it sank overall. It'll bounce back to some degree, but it obv won't be as popular as it was. It's a miracle servers run on a mod this old.
