How can you be so sure? I can assure YOU, that there are plenty of people who have done the previously stated process, and I'm pretty sure many of them have sucseeded. And, +1 for the topic, I've seen a couple of people claiming their account has been hacked, if you press them enought, they will confess that they have given the password away to their friends, wrote it on a different server, or any other reasons you stated. Or, they simply can't remember.

2. A laptop connected to neighbours internet.
3. RP ingame, and shit like that, then transfer money.
And no, i never did this, but its logical as you will have 2 different IPs.
