Mafia war in San Fierro! Paterno meets Kemirov!

Hi!
The tensions between Paterno and Kemirov are so bad, they agreed to a war.
San Fierro will be the battlefield for this war, and none of the warring factions can leave the town!
Each faction had their Headquarters, Warehouse and one House moved to a new location.
In addition, they received a gunstore each and a bank was moved to the City Hall.
The terms are:
- $300.000.000 to the winning faction, paid by the loser.
- Loser can not attack the winner for 1 month.
- Headquarters must be open at all times!
- Houses must be rentable and open at all times!
- Allies can not interfere!
- No factions can leave San Fierro. (Only with OOC mode)
- Update: No waves anymore, JS tag counts.
Both factions have the same HQ interior and assets available!!

No wonder this system is live. After our three month war all possible loopholes around it were removed.
Is it a no waves war with JS? Ours allowed fighting as soon as JS is gone.

10 minutes waves and the JS is still there.

They discussed it, and wanted waves instead.
If they find out they don't want it anymore, that can be changed, obviously.

Well... I don't know what you talking about but we had a war exactly like this for 3 months long... if we don't include the nerfing that happened to us.

No.
When you're in a war, and you see the opponent, better open first before he does. There's no silly rules such as DM etc.

You should've added a rule as well so warring factions stick to their restricted skins and not hobo ones which gives them an advantage, cause it has a harder hit-box.

I love how Kelroy took things in his own hands and organised this, wars are def. a must when two factions cross paths. 300 Millions sounds something worth fighting for too.

Totally agreed. If the wars with no waves by default, they would have a lot less headache
