The whole new weapon license system is awesome, but I think there should be a level restriction to get them, something like you need to be at least level 6-10 to purchase them.

Just like the faction invite system.

I'm gonna repeat what I said in-game.
PD's excuse of using all the heavy vehicles and them saying they had "unfair advantage" was most of the time heroin and them being outnumbered by illegals.
In the present day, there are more cops online than criminals for more than half of the day. And since this Adrenaline shot was implemented I believe it's time PD gets regulated on using their tanks and Sparrows in the city.

This is not a hate message I'm just here to discuss something that has been bothering everyone(but PD obviously)
