Hello there. For some reason all of my mods are working properly except my CLEO and I can't understand the reason. I'm using the newest version and I re-installed like five times but still nothing. Any theories / solutions? Thanks in regards.

Did you install ASI Loader? If not, Install it and I can't see your settings.ini.
Do you have these files? VorbisFile.dll and VorbisHooked.dll. Anyway, Download this and try it. - http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=21709

Sometimes my modloaders mods are not working because i'm not running Samp or imrp launcher as amministrator,try to right click on Samp or imrp launcher window and run it as amministrator.

Downloaded the silent ASI loader, ran it as administrator; still not working.

Can you see the white text in the bottom left corner like this. What do you mean by not working properly? mods are not detecting? crashing?

the mods just don't work? Or crash the game?
Some mods don't work with the latest cleo version (you could try 4.1 instead)

As I said on my first post, all of my mods are working properly except CLEO. I am not crashing, it's just like I have no CLEO installed while I have them as you can see at my screenshots.

No, I can not. I've tried CLEO 4.3 & 4.1.

Sounds like your samp.exe is not compatible with Cleo. Download another samp.exe and replace it and try. Make sure your GTA SA is fully updated. samp 0.3.7

I re-installed the whole GTA since I re-installed CLEO five times. My samp.exe is fine, I believe.

Download CLEO for GTA SA here -> http://cleo.li/ - Make sure you chose the right folder where your GTA:SA is placed. It's impossible to not work.

That's not what I said.
- Download and Install samp 0.3.7 update
If its not working,
- Replace your samp.exe with another samp.exe ( You believe or not, it may help you. Always save a backup)

You have all neccessory Cleo files except settings.ini ( I don't think its needed )
Do you have vorbisFiles.dll and VorbisHooked.dll in your gta folder?

I tried to uninstall & install afterwards SAMP 0.3.7 but nothing changed.

Where can I find another gta_sa.exe?

Why would you reinstall your game after the update? Did you try to run Cleo after update?
Another samp.exe - aother crack. We're not allowed to share cracks, torrents, pirated softwares on forum. There are many samp.exe applications in the internet.

Shall I try uninstalling the whole GTA, then install it by this order: GTA SA > SAMP > CLEO > everything else. That should work(?).

EDIT: I tried it and it worked just fine, till I added the rest of the mods but I can't say for sure what it is causing it. Maybe the SAMP addon?
