launcher issue

why the heck does it say "another instance of this launcher is already running" EVERYTIME i try to run it? Also, most of the time it says "internal error". HOW DO I DEAL WITH THIS?!

Task Manager > IMRP Launcher.exe > END Task

Done. Its opening the game in single player mode now.

Delete gta_sa.set and Reinstall SA-MP, it should be fine.

gta_sa.set is located @ My documents>GTA SA
