Well,Since you're new to the server and you need something interesting ef and you can't join a faction because you're below level six,what should you do?
I'll tell you some guides to start your own GANG.
GANG
You must read the Rules carefully before creating any gang.
You should discuss about getting your own HeadQuarter aka HQ for IC Meetings,Chatting and Decisions.
You have to gather $200,000 for creating Group with command /creategroup - you're using it for chatting and talking to eachother.
You must get your own frequency it contains six numbers not more. EXAMPLE - 123456 by /freq [slot 1/2/3/..] Chosen Frequency ,but make sure you try to throw some words into it,maybe its already used.
Always Organize your group/gang carefully.
If you got 10 - 15 + Members then you can open an unofficial,but there are some difference between them.
So you must read this Thread Carefully to Start a proper unofficial
[*] You must buy some materials or getting weapon license because if you started a robbery without weapons,Congratulations! you have been arrested.

The guide's more likely "How to properly organize a /group" no offense, also if i am a newplayer I would not recommend starting my own gang/group on such an early playing hours. One more thing theres rules before creating a gang(?) Can anyone tell me whats going xd

Also on this one, seriously you gotta get some knowledge before doing a guide like this. As Donald said, it's more likely a guide to how to organize a group.
Also, gangs and any other criminal organization NEVER but NEVER uses weapon license due to it's traceable serial number on the weapon, which will get them busted within the Police.

You've just mixed up some things, "Don't act like a boss"?
If you're planning on opening an organization/crew/gang you'll start from low, it doesn't matter if you got guns or not, the development of the faction/group or whatever you call it now are not in need of that on their firstly development screens/character/factionakagroup.
I'd highly recommend you to read some guides about it first then make one yourself. You've still a lot to improve.
