Account recovery

Hello,

I would like to use my main account again, I am an old IM player and donated a couple of times in the past.
I just want to play again with my friends who decided to play again as well. I created a ticket 5 days ago but I am afraid that the staff team is not that active as it used to be back in the days.

I hope to get some attention this way. I tried the password recovery function but it does not work.

You shouldn't have created this thread at all.
Wait for the staff to respond.

And remove the ticket ID from the thread.
Anyone can read the messages between you and the staff with the ticket ID.

Did you check your junk/spam folder?
What's your mail's domain (i.e. @gmail.com)

Also remove the ticket ID from the thread - it's readable by everyone as long as they've it which might cause some problems.

Makke's had some issues IRL and he's the head of tickets, that might be why you're not getting an answer but show some patience if the first advice of mine doesn't work and they'll get back to you.

Have a nice gameplay in advance : )

Thank you for the advice. I removed the ticket. I am usually very patient, in the past, it took months before someone picked my ticket up and since I wanted to play a bit before my university starts again I just hoped that someone would help me out. I am in general very patient but I just noticed that the people who shout the most and are the loudest get mostly what they want. I am pretty introvert and people always walk over me. Not to mention that because I did not have access to my account I lost all my donator perks, the houses, money, and everything that was at least a little bit of value has been taken away so I can say that being patient did not pay off that well so far.

Again thank you for the advice, I will just await Makke's response then.

[Edit: It is not in my SPAM neither, I don't know why it doesn't work]

My ticket has been marked as resolved without a reply at all, so I tried the Forgot Password function again in the hope that someone would have linked my forumemail to the account but sadly without luck.

So what to do now? I've been patient.
