What does Turfing really mean?
The small squares represents the turfs acquired by different factions
- At present it is something common among Illegal factions to take over turfs.
- All the time illegal factions along with the help of their allies take over turfs from their enemies while engaging in gun fights with them
- Turfing really means acquiring the ownership of a territory of the city
Benefits a faction get from acquiring a turf
IC, it means ruling the turf, like taking ransoms from the businesses running in the turf
For every vehicle parked in the turf the faction gets some payment.
Also in turf like in Ship and Quarry, the factions owning the turf gets discount when loading the crates.
If you own a business inside a turf that your faction owns the business is free of taxes.
If not you will have to pay a tax of 15%
Rules to be followed when acquiring a turf
- You should a member of a faction
- There should be at least 5 members in the faction inside the turf for 4 minutes until the turf takeover is completed
- There should be a minimum of 3 members of the enemy faction who currently owns the turf
- Commands used in turfs are /turf
- You can not turf always, turf need to be available for turfing
