No

You need 1.0 US version of GTA SA. There are plenty of download links you can find if you search.

We cannot send you a link, or share any piracy stuff, as it's illegal and contradictory with the community rules. You need a crack version of gta, 1.0 as mentioned, and I'm pretty sure it's going to work.
