My old forum Account with name Paul_Jean has been stopped idk.

Hello,i wanna deleted my old forum Paul_Jean and i have already created new one with all Alt+past names.
i tried hard to get my forum but idk what's going on.
while choosing ,i forget the password and write name,he gave me invaild reason.

Try to use the “I forgot my password” if u have access to the email you used.
