SAMP lagging on GTX 1650

So basically I've recently copped my new PC and apparently SAMP is lagging for some reason.

These are the specs:
nVidia GeForce GTX 1650 4 GB
AMD Ryzen 7 4.0 Ghz
6GB RAM

I turned frame limiter off in settings, maxed out everything else and it barely sticks to 90 fps, it drops to 30...

Any solution please?

check nvidia settings if they are updated, otherwise just go on nvidia official website and download the latest drivers they will replace the old ones and update themselves

I updated drivers, they were outdated indeed, but this hasn't fixed the issue completely.

My FPS stays at around 94/95 but at mapped places I seen it drop to 65/75...

I believe with this specs it should be locked & not moving at 100, but I don't know what to do...

Just tested on other games, it runs CS:GO and Payday 2 smoothly with no problems, but it can't run SAMP that good lol

If you have windows 10 the fps on samp stays lower than 100 and higher than 90 so it's normal for your fps to stay around 94/95 , if the game feels smooth then it's okay don't mind the fps . Also I suggest you install samp addon it's a fps free program maybe your game will feel a little bit smoother after you install it but make sure you lock your fps and enable pause thing ( so you won't get banned for avoiding afk script). Meanwhile how many hertz it's your monitor ?

I'm 90% sure it's not an FPS issue.

Do you have Windows 10? And if so, what is your monitor refresh rate?

Windows 10 Pro, refresh rate (Hz) says 60 and I can't change it to anything more than that

Latest drivers, downloaded silentpatch & samp addon, disabled vsync yet it still falls from 70 to 50 fps. I tried recording with shadowplay and I barely had 30 fps. No idea what's wrong & I'm getting pissed off

Downloaded Vesi's GTA to check if maybe gta.sa.exe was broken. I get 30 FPS when I run into bushes or turn my view towards trees.

Your CPU is being bottleneck-ed by your GPU, for a 1650 ryzen 5 or even 3 would have worked like a charm

After touching some settings in nVidia control panel I have maintaned a "playable" number of FPS.

I still lag at crowded places like main bank, and when I say lag I mean FPS drops from 90 to 70 which is kinda weird as my GPU shouldn't struggle on a game like SAMP but what can I do...

Thread can be archived and if you have any tips on this theme please drop me a PM, thanks to everyone for the help

The issue could be that your GPU and CPU don't work well together, perhaps a bottleneck takes place from time to time.
