Why fps goes down to +80/90 in interiors? It's slow in warehouses, specifically warehouse 1 goes to 40 fps and slow also in 24/7 businesses etc.
If there's any "ALLOWED" mod to change the floor or something.

Also, no. there's no mods that decreases the fps

Decrease your resolution remove mods ... download low effects w/o smoke clouds. could help you

use samp addon. just cap ur fps to 100 cuz samp addon will make ur fps sky rocket
