Crosshair Resize.

Hi guys.
I want to resize my crosshair but this (
http://editor.cali-kartell.de/) website was shutdown.
How can I do that, can you help me?

It is default crosshair. I just want it's %40-50 smaller than default size.

I didn't do it though, The credits doesn't belong to me xD
I found it In a folder that has a bunch of crosshairs
